Great product. Easy to use. Stays cold for a long time. Not recommended for really big hands but just fine for an average sized women’s hands.

Perfect and retains cold better and great for relief. These were easy to put on compared to other sock like products and well worth the purchase. Professionals witnessed my use and are making it a top recommendation to others needing cryotherapy. That speaks volumes. Great as a icepack too so multifunctional.

These are cold.Great for chronic inflammation in the hands.

I was having problems with my hands swelling and hurting after work or the next day cause I was using air tools at work for long periods of time. Once I got these they helped a lot I was able to get the swelling to go down quicker and have less pain just after a few minutes of using them. The only thing I didn't like was how cold they would get my hands and yes the cold helped but once you get your hands so cold they will hurt worse so, I could only use them for short periods of time and I recommend using the gloves that come with the ice pack gloves cause if you use them on bare skin they make your hands way to cold.

Surprised how long they stayed cold

I’ve been a massage therapist for 25 years and now have some pretty progressive osteoarthritis in my hands and wrists. These gloves have saved my career, I thought that I was going to have to stop massaging. They aren’t too big and are the perfect fit. They also stay cold for hours! It has become my ritual at night to ice my hands while I’m watching TV. I keep them in the refrigerator instead of in the freezer, and I’m able to keep them on longer. They still almost feel frozen. I love these.

I purchased these gloves to use during chemotherapy treatments. They help prevent nail damage and neuropathy. I purchased 2 pair for use during my treatment, changing them out after 45 minutes. The first pair was always still sufficiently cold at the 45 minute mark, but did not last for the whole 1 1/2 hours of treatment, so I always changed out at the half way point.
