Is the 150 count package supposed to be sealed with tape when you receive it? Mine had no seal and the plastic container was open inside Amazon box.

Yes it supposed to be seal to keep it fresh and it supposed to have a plastic covering over the hard plastic as well. Been awhile since I order them but definitely need to be seal.
