Anything less than five has to do with not being aware it can charge a healthy new IPhone. My 19+ (I have a Time Machine) gets full power.In any event this little fellah is strong, interchangeable with the most important EDC equipment. Functional in a plethora of ways and compact.

Perfect for having an extra phone charge on hand. Size is great for adding to a fanny pack, purse, bag as a backup batter source in case you aren't close to an outlet for a period of time.

I now have four ELECOM ELEMENTS products and each is of excellent manufacture. This is no exception. I'm writing from the Pacific Northwest where moisture and rain are serious problems for outdoor electronics and power supplies. The IP67 rating and previous experience with ELECOM product were instrumental in selecting this power bank.

Cool charger ... it is different so I give it some positive points for that. Build quality is excellent, this thing is abused and takes it without an issue.I gave it 4 stars because of performance. In general this battery takes longer to charge and as others have pointed out the performance / output is not the best. In general it will charge one phone fully one time, and some phones may not even fully charge.So not great performance for its size and cost.That said, the other chargers I've used did not stand up to the weather and abuse like this one. They will charge faster, and output more power faster...but they also stop working faster outside an office environment.So if weatherproof durability is what you need, this is a good choice. If you sit at a desk all day and want to keep your ipad charged...likely not for you...other options will work better.

Worked very well for three occasions. (hence the two stars) However, omn the fourth go-around, the USB-A port broke (the internal tab came out when the cable was unplugged...so now i have an unusable cable as well). In any case, have reached out to Elecom to see if there is a potential for replacement (as luck would have it, i am about a week outside of the return window with Amazon). In the worst case scenario, I guess i could just use the USB-C henceforth.UPDATE 15 April - as of this input, Elecom has yet to respond to my msg (outside of a very prompt auto generated msg right after i submitted my issue on 1 April, stating that they would respond in a "few days"). The second unit that i have has suffered the same fate (lasted for six cycles). Definitely would NOT recommend the product due to the non-existent reliability and customer support.

I must admit, I like the battery performance overall, I am yet to test how rugged it is in reality, but I must say, the design behind it is great. I am looking forward for new accessories and integration capabilities. Tactical solutions would be great.

This charger is nice and it feels rugged. I believe it can take any sort of damage. Charged my phone about 1 full charge and a half. No complains yet.
