It dissolves easily and has no taste.It can also be used as as a thickener and stabiliser and is found in many processed foods.Calcium lactate can cause some unwanted side effects like nausea, vomiting or constipation so building up the amount is advised. Calcium supplements can affect how you absorbed zinc, iron and magnesium so it's not advisable to take a calcium supplement at the same time as having these either in a meal or as supplements.Some find a calcium supplement decreased their blood pressure and helps with better sleep but there are many more documented benefits.However, everything in moderation or you may get worse side effects.

This is a 6oz/170g plastic container of calcium lactate powder.It seems to be good quality and is easy to mix and use.It is gluten-free and can be used as a an emulsifier, thickener and stabiliser.It comes in a good resealable container.I like it, but I think £7.99 is too pricey for only 6oz/170g. 🙃
