Looks great
Use this for my knee. Works great and looks fab too. Love the design and had lots of comments when seen. Prefer to plain plaster colour. Easy to cut into length required. Instruction available how to cut for different parts of your body.

Used to keep on libre sensor
I use rock tape to keep my libre sensor on its adhesive is good and last for a few days

Firmer than other brands
Good firm support! I’ve tried a variety of brands and this one is definitely best (I had mcl injury)I use the cheaper less firm brand around the top n bottom of knee joint and this is good for to attach the Rock tape and cross it over the actual injury. xEx

Loved this for my tennis elbow, looks cool and stays on for a good few days.

Use for the whole family
Love this tape,it came recommended from a sports therapist, the colours are great, easy to follow instructions.Just be careful when removing from the skin - my daughter has sensitive skin and this sometimes leave friction type burns.
