Really handy and work well
Fantastic little pre-glued patches that have saved me time and got me on the road again rapidly. Would recommend them to anyone who cycles reasonably regularly as you can just chuck them in the bag and forget about them until a puncture strikes. The included cheese-grater-like abrasive pad is super handy and does a good job or roughing up the rubber pre-sticking.The skabs themselves stick rapidly and are good to go about 30 seconds after sticking so you aren't having to hang about for ages waiting for rubber glue to dry or anything. I've repaired several tyres with skabs over the last few months and all have carried on riding fine without any problems so they appear to be pretty robust.

Great
I think I have bought three packs of these patches now and they work great, I have never had one fail to seal a puncture. Usually use them when I get a puncture at the side of the road/track for ease of use and leave the glued type for at home. This is not because I think the glue type are any better, just I have a fair few to use up (I don't like waste) and they are easier to use in the house when you have more time. When I have used up the glued type I will then only use the skabs.

best Skabs I have ever picked!
Neat dispenser that stows away neatly. product discription doesn't mention the nifty little metal innertube rougher-upper that comes in the plastic box. This replaces the sandpaper that you would normally use as an innertube rougher-upper.Have only used one of the skabs so far but it was easy to apply and has lasted 5 days so far. Out has gone the rubber solution, the french chalk, the sandpaper, the myriad of differing size rubber patches, the wax crayon and the big plastic container that I used to keep all that malarky in.Great little product and heartily recommended. ignore any advise from yer mum that says 'don't pick yer scabs'!

Great little patches
I got these as refills for my existing kit (Topeak Rescue Box) and was able to squeeze them into the small case.I love these little things as thay are much easier to get you out of a jam than a full on repair kit. These are great value and were delivered extremely quickly.

Bit of a shocker.
Well I've just spent over four hours of my life with these things and they did not do the job at all. After reading all the good reviews I was honestly not expecting a problem, clicked buy without a second thought. Delivery was swift; kit is small, neat and the three lines of instructions couldn't be simpler. Great. Put them with my other essential repair bits for cycling and away I went. Picked up a puncture yesterday about 3 miles from home, decided to walk back and leave it for another day rather than sit by the side of the road. The puncture was very small, about one millimetre at most. So, long one short: Tube removed, scrubbed, wiped, patch applied and tire back on. Inflate to 1 bar and psssssssssst. The patch failed. Repeat previous steps, remove adhesive that was all over the place, leave to dry this time... and same result. I have used three out of the patches, I have no interest in trying again.Popping over to Amazon.com it appears that the US site has a broader spectrum of reviews, leaving the product with an average of 2 and a bit stars out of five. They are labelled as a 'toy repair kit' there (http://www.amazon.com/Slime-20029-Skabs-Inflatable-Repair/dp/B0011YHCY6/ref=cm_cr_pr_pb_t).

Tube repair in seconds
Update: Finding it difficult to use these tubes during the colder season..it seems they can't cope with road tyre pressures in colder temperatures.Previous review: Repairs punctures on the tube in seconds - simply peel and stick on. I've seen other cyclists recommend these only as a temporary fix - however, I've repaired tubes with skabs only and used again without any further issues with pinch flats and inflating up to 120psi.Quick, small, tidy and efficient puncture repair kit - purchased as a second set when I eventually use all of the skabs from the first set.

Reliable
My husband always orders these for his bike rides, he re-orders so they definitely do the job.

So far so good.
I'm terrible at mending punctures, and i mean terrible. using the traditional method I don't think i've ever successfully mended one. However my first attempt with this was perfect. I didn't fix on the side of the road, just changed over the inner tube and mended later on in the evening when I had time. Was really easy I just hope it lasts.
