When you buy from a big brand, you naturally expect premium quality, excellent performance, and a product that justifies the higher price tag. Unfortunately, this product falls short of that expectation.Yes, it carries a big brand name, and the packaging, marketing, and presentation are impressive. But when it comes to actual performance, it is just average—nothing extraordinary, nothing that truly stands out compared to cheaper alternatives in the market.• Build quality: Feels okay, but not premium.• Features: Very standard, nothing innovative.• Performance: Works, but not flawlessly—definitely not what you’d expect from such a reputed brand.• Value for money: Overpriced for what it delivers.Customer Service – A Complete DisasterThe first point of contact with any company is its customer service team. Ideally, they are supposed to provide assistance, resolve issues, and offer support. In this case, however, “customer service” is nothing but a bunch of clueless individuals reading from scripts, with zero knowledge, zero accountability, and zero courtesy.1. Clueless RepresentativesEvery time I called customer service, I was met with people who had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. They could not provide a single accurate update. Instead, they gave vague answers like:• “We are checking your request.”• “It will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours.”• “We will escalate to the senior team.”Those 24-48 hours never ended. Days turned into weeks, and still, nothing was resolved. It was like speaking to a broken tape recorder.2. No Willingness to HelpForget empathy, forget urgency—there was not even basic politeness. Most of the agents were more interested in getting me off the call quickly than in solving the issue. It felt like they were trained only to buy time, not to provide solutions.3. False Escalation PromisesEvery time I demanded to speak to a senior manager, I was promised a callback. Needless to say, those callbacks never happened. Not once. This wasn’t a one-time mistake—it was a repeated betrayal.In short, their customer service is not “service” at all. It is customer torture.

Solid, Sufficient, Indian - Recommended
- 4 stars since it is a solid product; reduced a star only because I’ve just started using it- Installation process was smooth; technician did a good job - clean, meticulous & responsive- App experience has been smooth, bug free, and pretty good.- Features seem to be decent enough. For a first time user of a smart doorlock, this is more than sufficient.

Happy with this smart door lock
You need a gateway to unlock it if your away and not connected to the device on bluetooth wifi etcYou can also use the offline pin generator for one time visitors if your away and unable to access the lock.Sometimes the fingerprint sensor needs to be wiped with a clean cloth or the sensor does not catch the fingerprint.Overall- good product, even their call center was really helpful when i couldn’t figure out the lock.Its also designed for doors with right and left side handle locks , which needs to be adjusted from inside the device.App works fineLooks nice on a wooden doorAnd works only on DURACELL BATTERIES

Just go for it
Excellent product, using it for last 3 years. Peace of mind. Many ways to access the lock and came handy during emergencies when I am remote. No need to worry about getting locked out or managing multiple physical keys with family members. Finger print works like a charm. Only thing please make sure before buying that the thickness of door is as per the requirement.
