Yes and most monitors have the 4 screws on the back also.

Is this 22lbs per monitor it can hold or 22lbs per row? Or total weight of monitors?

HI there.. dont know exactly about the weight , but on my set up I using 1 x 24' and 2x 22' screens on each horizontal mount , so for a total of 6 screens (you can check the specs of the monitors for weights: Benq G2410, G2220, and AOC E2270)
