For low quality truffles these are full of flavor and great value

Absolutely delicious! The flavor is rich and aromatic — just a small spoonful transforms any dish into a gourmet experience. I used it on pasta and toast, and it tasted like fine dining at home. Beautiful packaging, too. Will definitely repurchase!

These black truffles are always great quality and add amazing flavor to just about any meal. I usually use them to make truffle butter on special occasions, and it turns out earthy and pungent in the best way. Definitely a little luxury worth it! I've bought them a few different times and they are very consistent.

Smells good but no truffle flavor.

This is a decent truffle salt, with a wonderful aroma and detectible truffle flavor. Unfortunately the price has risen drastically and I don't know when I'll be able to afford it again.

I bought this to try to replicate a creamy mushroom and truffle pasta dish I had at this wonderful little restaurant, and this did not disappoint. My attempt was not as good as the original, but it was still delicious! My whole family enjoyed the truffle in the dish.

We are huge truffle fans, and we hunt them when we can, so we've had them as fresh as they get. I ran across these when I was searching truffle items on here and had to give them a try. They are okay. They're definitely lacking the full punch of a fresh truffle, and the texture is weird, probably due to the brine preservation. Would I buy them again, yes, in a pinch, to add some authenticity to a truffle dish, but they wouldn't be the main show.

It was expensive, but it was worth it. Love the way it enhances the food flavor!
