I have medium length, straight, non frizzy, fine hair but I have a lot of hair. My hair often gets tangled and knotted and differs quite often depending on a few factors. Immediately after dying my hair and 3 months after dying, the texture of my hair looks silky and smooth and I can get by with washing my hair every 3 days. If it's been a while since I've dyed it, I have to wash my hair every other day because it gets way too oily. This shampoo is moisturizing but too much to the point that it leaves it greasy like most other shampoos do. This leaves my hair feeling soft and nourished and smells similar to other scents of the Biolage product line which I think all smell great except this one has an extra scent of essential oils! This shampoo also suds really well and does not weigh my hair down like others do. I'd like to also add that I haven't felt the need to use conditioner when I use this shampoo yet but that works for me with most moisturizing or fortifying shampoos. I recommend this shampoo.Update: Couldn’t comment on the hair fall/breakage yet but since I’ve been using for a little longer, this shampoo has in fact helped minimize my hair breakage therefore minimizing hair fall. I could see where long term use of this shampoo could help greatly. If you were to also use this with the conditioner, i believe it could be even more effective.

I've tried a few different products that contain rosemary oil, because it's a scientifically proven ingredient to aid hair growth. This is the best by far. I love this shampoo, the later is excellent, and there is a pleasant herbal scent from the rosemary oil. It cleans my hair and scalp thoroughly. I know Biolage makes excellent hair products, but I was shocked than after only 1 wash somehow it seemed there were a lot less hairs falling out when I brushed it. This stuff somehow stopped me from losing more hair.I've been monitoring my scalp growth with an inexpensive wifi magnifier I hook up to my phone. I lost a lot of hair postpartum and have a small bald spot. Suddenly yesterday, about 2 weeks after using this shampoo, there were little dots where none were for weeks. Hair growth. It could be a coincidence. This isn't the only thing I'm doing for hair growth. I'm also taking a bunch of different supplements, doing some red light therapy, using hair oils, and scalp massage. It could be from any one of these things or none of them. I honestly attribute the new growth to this, because of the hair fall. I wish I got this sooner. I may have saved my hair.This is well worth the current $56.00 price tag. When I run out.. I'm buying more. I can't say enough how amazed I am. Try it.

I would give 6 stars if I could. I have used Biolage products before, but stopped using them because of the price. When I had the opportunity to try this, I jumped on it. From the moment I put this in my hair, I knew I would love it as would my hair.A little goes a long way. I used less than a dime sized amount in my hair long hair and the lather and smell, WOW! The rosemary oil leaves a nice tingle on your scalp and wonderful smell that lasts all day.The shine, silkiness and softness that this gives my hair is fantastic.Now onto the good stuff. The rosemary oil and niacinamide is great for your hair. I have had breakage and some hair loss due to menopause. Since I've been using this, for about a week, I have noticed NO breakage and a lot less hair in my hairbrush.I only wish this wasn't so much, but understand the price because of the ingredients and that this actually works.I look at this like a really good skincare but for my hair. I do not skimp on great ingredients for my face, so I will not skimp on my hair anymore. Definitely going to use this.I also like the fact that it is vegan and Cruelty-Free. Those are important to me when I am looking for products to use.

I've never used Biolage products before, but I have heard much about this brand's high-quality shampoos and conditioners. I'm here to confirm what I've heard - this Biolage Full Rescue shampoo is excellent! Right from the start, I could tell that my head was in for a treat. The shampoo is silky and has the scent of rosemary and other greenish ingredients. It lathers up quickly, and a small dime-sized amount gives my shoulder-length fine hair a ton of luxurious suds. It rinses out easily and completely, leaving my hair smooth and very tangle-free, which is unusual for my fine locks. I skipped the conditioner, and after my hair air dried, it looked fuller than normal, shiny, and bouncy. I did have a little frizz, but not much, considering I hadn't used any conditioner. I dab of oil and I was good to go.When I ordered this I was appalled at the price and half expected to complain about that in my review. However, the size of the bottle (it's ginormous) and the fabulous results have changed my mind. This bottle will last the rest of the year, so it's well worth the price and I'm willing to pay a bit more for great looking, great feeling hair. It absolutely delivers what it promises!

I love all of the Biolage products I use and this one is no different. This shampoo is amazing. It smells great, it lathers well, and it leaves my hair feeling super clean. I have medium length, thick hair and it didn't take much to work through it. Once I dried and styled, it left my hair feeling so soft and clean. I love this.

This is a pretty good shampoo. It has a pleasant rosemary scent but is not overpowering. Small amount is enough to produce a good, foamy lather. The product cleans my hair well, producing smooth and fuller looking hair; it does not cause major hair loss in the process as some harsher shampoos. It does contain several sulfates which technically help cleanse dirt and grease, however may cause hair breakage and irritation for those with sensitive skin and hair.

This full rescue shampoo is great. I had dyed my hair and this shampoo got rid of all the unwanted color and chemicals out of my hair. It has improved the health of my hair. It leaves a nice scent and leaves my hair feeling soft and moisturized.
