I need a lifepo4 batt that would have 20ah & 250cca & 24v & allow 27.8 charge volts from 24v truck. can this lifepo4 be hooked up in series & start?

Will the poles on the 20ah battery accept/fit cables used on a standard sla battery or would there need to be different connectors?

alligator clip type or ring terminal connector can be screw onto the terminals. 2, 5/16 bolts are enclosed with battery.

How much does it weigh?

The 20ah is quite light. Much lighter than a lead acid battery of the same ah. 10ah 2.7lbs, 20ah 5.8.
