Very good taste--honey sweet and light sea salt flavor come through. Disappointed with the meager amount in each packet. I estimate the amount of honey contained of each packet is somewhere between one third and one half when compared to most all popular gel packets used by runners, cyclists, etc.

I love honey and this is delicious functional honey that satisfies my sweet too - especially with the Salted Caramel flavor. I don’t consume much caffeine and one packet of these energizes me without jitters nor a crash.Love the cordyceps in it that offer antioxidants and immunity benefits. I take these on the go for pre-workout, walks and even bring them to coffee meetings to add to my hot drinks. Baristas have even asked about them!I will be buying again.
