Hold down on the M button for a few seconds to turn off. Press it once to alternate between he full lights or the night light. The B button is for strength of the blue light, the W for white light.

I'm using the 30-36" version on my 36 bowfront and getting great growth. My wisteria is bushy and reaches the top of the water.
