These are not intended for makeup removal or I don't think face. They are a larger wipe intended for cleanliness for people who have incontinence.

Do they contain alcohol?

There is no alcohol . They are so very gentle on sensitive private parts on the body and are durable.

So these can be used as bathing wipes post surgery? And these are no rinse?

Mom was provided these wipes in the rehab facility since she did not get a shower every day, just every other. These were great wash wipes, no rinse needed.
