How long does it take for the upper zone to get the 37°

I did an experiment for you. Bumped temperature up to 50 and set temp to 37, dropped to 37 in less than 10 minutes. Hope this helps. I am really enjoying our mini fridge/wine cooler. I only keep small bottles of water in ours.
