With a patented two-step boot lever and expandable four-wheel FOILKUT system foil cutter, this Franmara Boomerang two-step waiter corkscrew features a handle to open wine bottles quickly and easily. Perfect for restaurants, wineries and catered events. First, expand the FOILKUT System Foil Cutter. Place it on the neck of the bottle and cut the foil with 2 good rotations. Remove the foil cutter from the bottle, fold the cutter and remove the foil from the bottle. Now you are ready to open the bottle. Insert a nickel plated spiral worm into the cork. This open spiral worm features a fillet that cuts into the cork faster than traditional worms. Turn the handle to push the worm into the cork until it turns about 1/2 turns. Attach the stainless steel boot lever to the edge of the bottle to gently extract approximately 7/8" of the cork. Push the boot lever and the second boot lever pulls the rest of the cork straight out. This corkscrew's patented two-step boot lever is extremely efficient for extracting corks thanks to a spring-loaded floating shaft. The crescent shape cutout on the handle keeps the floating axis vertically to reduce stress, while extracting the boot levers adhere to the cork This system provides more leverage to improve efficiency and provide faster service.
