What is the specific spectrum range is it 630-850nm?

I am confused because here is a quote from the seller in response to this: Thank you for reaching out to us. red (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm)." But the description and another response by the seller says it is far infrared. Also the reflective blanket/liners may increase heat, but don't they block IR light absorption, whether red, near or far?
