Closed around wires tight
I used two of these with some round 14/2 outdoor speaker wire. The nuts hug the wire nice and tight. I have no doubt these are weather proof but I'll update this review if I have problems.

Worked great for septic pump
Our septic effluent pump kept burning out because the plug would get wet. This was a great way to hard wire the connection in a waterproof box.

A little tight
Works, but need light gauge wire to fit all of in and not distort the box. But will work.

No Screws
A well built little enclosure, but no screws to attach the cover.

Parts are carefully made though they are obviously complex. The wire grommets include several diameter choices for weather sealing. The gasket fit top perfectly in a groove. All the screws fit perfectly and carefully sealed top to bottom.Don't be afraid to tighten down the cover screws until snug-- they won't strip easily.

Easy to get a good seal
I have the IP68 2 Way box, which is way inferior to this unit. The plugs on this one have a superior design that makes it seal better and also easier to install. Very happy with this unit!

Good product
Installed it in basement for the thermostat wiring (24 VAC). Easy to install and use.
