do this come with amd am4 bracket

Mine arrived 12/27/2019 and it came with the am4 bracket. It was hidden inside the bag with screws and Intel backplate, not in its own separate bag like in some video I watched.

How do i install this with the threadripper cpu?

This cooler is not compatible with the TR4 bracket that AMD supplies you when you purchase a Threadripper CPU. You have to purchase a special bracket from Corsair, but it has been "unavailable" for a long time now. People on the Corsair forums are not happy. Corsair's website lists the H100/115/150i Pro RGB Coolers as compatible, but they don't ship with any brackets that will work with the TR4 Threadripper CPU's.

can it cool an i9 9900k (360mm) or would i need a custom loop

Will definitely cool 9900k. I've got the 9900k on a h100i pro and it cools well

what is the thickness of the radiator and fans? I want to usr this in a corsair air 540 case, not much clearance for gfx card.

The radiator is 27mm tall, the fans are an additional 25mm tall. The length and width are 396mm x 120mm.
