Candles light the way through the Christmas season from the first Advent to the Ephiphany. If you decorate in the traditional German style with pyramids, Advent holders, and other candle-themed carvings (see pic), you know you’re going to need a lot of candles in lots of different sizes.The Eika candles are an excellent choice for the decorations that have a 1 centimeter – or ½” - cup holder (The 10.5 centimeters in the description refers to the candle length). I bought candles in the three colors of beeswax, red and white. These are true color candles: when the red and beeswax candles burn down, they don’t “weep” white wax. The white is not a thin, grey or transparent white, either; it is a solid, bold white. To fit the candle snugly in the cup, apply some Stickum or invert the lit candle to drip in some hot wax. The high quality of these candles means no sooty residue will run up your candle and mar the surface. The candles also don’t drip.The burning time varies by room air flow, but generally I found these candles to burn for up to 2 hours (the box says 1.5). Depending on how often you light and how long you burn your candles will guide the number of boxes you buy. The ½” size is tough to find, and I recommend adding at least one extra box to your final tally.This is a quality candle to light up your Christmas nights.

I was looking for ear waxing candles and amazon recommended this, It looks similiar but it is not what I wanted in the slightest. SO you got over on me for 10 bucks for something worth a dollar at my grocery store. And returning this is not worth my time. Very angry at amazon for misleading me into wasting my money on this product.

didnt realize they were not full size candels. Nice sent non the less, and i am keen on natural bees wax. short burn time.

This little candles are the type you can use in your Christmas Chime - or in small candle holders if you have them. I like the small candles, as they work well for lots of different things that I use candles for, don't drip all over the place, and last a long time. They also have a wonderful fragrance as a touch of the honey that was in them remains - something I like. They are nice, long burning candles!

Actually my wife ordered these and mistakenly thought they were ear wax candles( for getting out ear wax)...They look pretty noice and are natural so we decided to keep them...Have not used the yet

These candles were a perfect fit for the Austrian candle holders we use on our Christmas tree. The candles melted wonderfully. These were not quite as aromatic as some beeswax candles we have had, but they lasted well. We got about two hours of burn time from them.Remember, never leave lit candles on your tree unwatched, and always keep your tree well watered if you are using candles.
