This is a Great Boot. Look how I fixed the tongue.
I work in a steel fabrication facility, so I am on my feet all day. I do at least 10,000 steps a day in an unforgiving environment. These boots held up for two years. The wide selection fit my feet best and of course I put added arch support insoles, and they've been very comfortable and light weight. The only problem is the tongue. Even if you smoosh it down while putting it on, by the end of the day it will sneak out and you have this ridiculously long tongue sticking out, like your trying to resist the 90's, but in an absurd way. So I got sick of it, and made two tiny incisons into the leather on the top of the tongue. Ref. Picture. Snaked the laces through using a piece of wire tied to the aglet of the lace, and then I never had a boot tongue problem ever again. This is my second pair, and I will forever buy this boot. And you should also know that it is pretty waterproof. I pushed the limits a few times and had a little water get in, but we're talking about like walking through water that is almost over the boot, in a mad dash for the car, and it still did a pretty good job.

Workday Warriors for Happy Feet
Workday Warriors for Happy FeetFinding the right work boots feels like a never-ending quest. They're either heavy as lead, pinch in all the wrong places, wear out after a few months, or just generally make you dread putting them on in the morning. My job requires me to be on my feet for long stretches, often in environments where safety is paramount. I needed boots that could stand up to the demands of the workday without leaving my feet screaming by the end of it. After trying a few different brands and styles, I landed on the Reebok Work Duty Rapid Response RB8694, and they've become my workday warriors. From the moment I first laced (or, more accurately, zipped) these up, I knew they were different. They felt surprisingly lightweight for a tactical boot, and the fit was immediately comfortable. The extra-wide composite toe is a lifesaver; it provides the necessary protection without feeling cramped or heavy like traditional steel toes. Knowing they offer electrical hazard protection adds another layer of confidence when I'm on the job.The real game-changer for long hours is the comfort system. The removable Foot Force F2A cushioned insert is fantastic – it provides support and absorbs impact, making a huge difference in reducing fatigue by the end of the day. The combination of durable leather and ballistic nylon for the upper has held up incredibly well to daily wear and tear, and the rubber sole provides excellent traction on various surfaces. And the side zipper? Pure genius. Getting these boots on and off at the start and end of a long shift is quick and easy, saving precious minutes and effort. Once zipped and laced, they feel secure and supportive around my ankles. These boots have significantly improved my comfort and confidence on the job. My feet aren't aching by lunchtime, and I feel well-protected in demanding environments. They've proven to be durable, comfortable, and genuinely responsive to the needs of a long workday. If you're on your feet all day and need a boot that combines safety features, durability, and serious comfort without feeling like you're wearing bricks, give the Reebok Rapid Response a serious look. They're a solid investment in your workday well-being.

Fits perfectly
So I guess this is gonna be a easy review, I've had these boots about a 3 weeks now. Bought and delivered 4-7-23 today is 4-27-23. Simply put, they fit just fine and I ordered true to my size 12w. They are very comfortable. I work on transmission lines, examing storm and waste water lines. Work 4, 14 hour shift, and they hold up. So I'll reccomed for people who do alot of walking or working in a field that will get dirty. Plus they are very light for be a saftey toe.The only down side to them is lack of waterproof. I had to go out and get a waterproof spray to make that happen. Which makes sense seeing as there is nylon on the boots, the lower half is pretty waterproof, top half not so much. So just keep that in mind, other than that, it's a solid pair of work boots.

Best work boot ever
These are my second pair and I love them! I’m on my feet all day and they stay comfortable in these boots. My feet stay warm and dry and did I mention how comfortable they are? My first pair lasted 3 years with daily wear, these boots are made to last and at a price I can live with. Will continue to purchase when I need new boots and definitely recommend.

Very good work boot
Bought a pair of these 4 years ago because I could not stand my current work boots. Great boot, fit/size was spot on, comfort from day one, I work 12 hours shifts on concrete, long lasting. Keep a good set of insoles in them and they work all the time. Mine are at that point they need replacing, but 4 years of service you can't beat it........

Converse Rapid Response RB trash insoles
I bought half a size down from my normal regular size and the toe cap rubbed my toes so it was refunded and exchange for half a size bigger. Now the boot has too much room in it and my foot slides around causing immense foot pain in the small bony areas. I’m very much tempted to stuff the boot with brown paper towels. The manufacturer has also went cheap on the insoles which used to be very plush when Converse had the contract and when Reebok took over having the boot made in China, they cut enough costs to provide a very plush insole. Unfortunately, now I’ll have to improvise with a better insole and reduce the sliding roominess.

Best work boots I have, Rebook don’t get cheap
I used these boots for many years. I bought a new pair as the old ones are getting tired. I would have given these boots 5 stars, but Reebok reduced the size of the loop in the back I use to put the boots on as can barely fit my finger. They also reduced the length of the laces so it is now trickier to tie the boots.Reebok, it is a $150 pair of boots, trying to shave pennies is the wrong strategy
