Toilet Roll Holder Self Adhesive - Toilet Paper Holder for Bathroom Stick on Wall Stainless Steel Brushed by ZUNTO

Living in a rented property, I was apprehensive about any drilling to install a missing toilet roll holder in my en suite. I was also dubious as to whether a self adhesive solution would hold up and how the holder would look.Pleased to say any doubt was unnecessary - as soon as the holder is offered up to the wall the fantastic 3M sticky pad takes holds firmly so make sure you have it level and in the desired position!The instructions suggested waiting 24 hours before placing the toilet roll but I was impatient so did it straight away and weeks later it’s still as sturdy as ever.I have it stuck to tiles no problem, the description seems to suggest it would not be suitable for painted wall but the adhesion is very strong I can’t see it being an issue on a smooth wall, just don’t expect to be able to remove it without pulling paint though!Really easy to change the roll but the end is enlarged so that the roll doesn’t slip off in use - handy!The silver polished finish is of high quality and overall it appears more expensive than it is. I’m confident the appearance will be maintained over time and it looks new after a simple wipe down to clear any dust etc.Would look really good in any bathroom with it’s subtle appearance but has proved an incredibly easy to fit and useful addition!

Only adhesive holder that sticks properly. I have a fan in my bathroom but no window, so it's quite humid in there after a shower and other products wouldn't stick for long. This one has kept its grip since I put it on and saves the need to buy a drill for any other kind. Easy to put on, doesn't need drilled as said and works.

Looks good but not as well finished as it could be - bit rough around hole edges and disc supporting toilet roll was squint. It looks the part and is well balanced. Wet wipes fit perfectly in box . Easy assembly.

Self adhesive so no drilling it is perfect ! Looks good and great value!

Excellent item. Fantastic quality, and arrived quickly

I bought this after moving into my first home. You can imagine the elation set in and myself and my girlfriend were happily moving items in and frugally looking at items to buy for the home. We were in awe of this beautiful looking (don’t be mistaken) and practical self adhesive loo roll holder. As you can imagine both being the lazy type at DIY and not actually owning a drill yet as we made way for other necessities, it was a bargain at the price!Installation was easy and it completed the bathroom perfectly allowing it to be used for its true purpose..However... things were not as they seemed as only two weeks later I found the soft and delicate, clean toilet roll I had placed out not the previous day, laying on the floor with the loo roll holder arm going from a perfect horizontal line to facing somewhere toward the floor. Now you may be thinking that I or my girlfriend had leant on said toilet roll holder however my knees have not given up yet and I don’t need any assistance to stand.With the first experience I thought I could move it back to its perfect horizontal place and it may stay there but no it kept drooping down like the sad pitiful product it is. So next I went a little past the horizontal and found that the toilet roll holder would stay in a vertical position! Frustrating be it may but it still worked.That was until this lovely afternoon 2 months of use at the vertical position and it was wiggling and shaking and drooping yet again so I thought ‘maybe mine was defective in the joint’ so with every intention to remove it and reorder I started the process very carefully prying the adhesive away until i thought to have a little harder pull. That was where I’d seen that the super sticky adhesive had pulled the plaster away from the wall meaning not only will I face the cost of a patch replacement but I will need to paint the wall. To make matters worse the previous tenants had coloured the walls in a beautiful blue that I’m certain I will not be able to replace this leaving me no choice but to repaint the entire room. Again if you’ve made it this far I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY and just look at an online video how to screw one in place, better yet buy a free standing one would be so much better.

Very sturdy, stylish

I was really pleased with this item, it looked good and seemed sturdy enough but unfortunately 5 months on it has fallen from the surface it was adhered to. Intial thoughts are, what a shame it didn’t come with a spare double sided adhesive patch but i will go to our local hardware store to see what i can get
