Does this product include chest heart sensor?

Mine did include heart sensor and elastic strap.

I am interested in heart rate monitor only. Do I have to use the chest strap to monitor my heart rate? I am only interested in using the watch. What is the benefit/purpose in using the chest strap?

Without the strap you'd be using a watch to give you the time, day of the week and day of the month (but not the month itself). Thats it. The strap sends the watch your heart rate which is used to give you all the data once your are done exercising.

Does it measure calorie burn?

This model only does min. and max. of heart rate, and time of exercise. Other models do measure calories burned but not the T1. Sorry for taking so long to answer.

when your order this does it come with the chest band and the wrist monitor or do you have to buy a separate chest monitor band?

It came with the chest band and the wrist monitor. I really like this monitor. So easy to use - I put the chest strap on at home, turn on the wrist monitor and watch my heart rate as I drive to the gym, warm up and work out.
