I did a lot of research for good turmeric and went with this one based on other reviews and it DOES work!! Been taking it for almost 3 weeks and I can feel the difference in inflammation pain!! Will buy again!

For my hsb to prevent inflammation in knees, and it seems to working fine for him. This is our 2nd order.

The capsules were easy to swallow. The pills can stain hands but that’s common with any curcumin. Good value. Helped with inflammation. I wanted a higher dosage of curcumin than this product. I did like the added boswellea. I didn’t think that it was as effective as other curcumin I’ve used. I only used this for a month and went back to my normal curcumin supplement distributions by Healthy Directions.

I had almost constant inflammation pain. Well it's not miraculously completely gone. It is definitely improved and less painful on most days.

Great supplement for the joints. Easy to take with water. My joints feel great with his and added excersize and stretches.

Really helps with inflammation. Would recommend. It may take a good hour but you'll notice a difference and feel better. My pain/discomfort is noticeably better once I take it. It says to take 2 with food. I take with food but I take one in the morning and one at night to spread out the pain relief. It helps.I chose this because I didn't want to keep taking ibuprofen because it's so hard on your kidneys. I will continue to purchase.

I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence but two days after I started taking this supplement my knee pain decreased 50%. It’s great and well tolerated.
