What is the difference between the different colored o-rings? (red, blue, black, clear)

I believe they’re all the same size and the color is a matter of preference. I can’t even see them under my caps so there’s no difference whatsoever.

The picture shows these are clear in color. The description says they are white. Which is it?

They are clear, but it's not like you can see through it because of how small it is, which is probably why they labeled it white.

Will these allow led light to go through or would I be better off looking for a better clear o-ring option?
