Amazing carpet cleaner shampoo.
This works really well. I used it for the first time last week. The room I used it in smells so much better and the carpet looks way better. I used it again today our living room carpet is so much brighter and the room smells better. I like that the smell of the cleaner isn’t super strong when it’s wet and it’s a nice citrus smell. This product wasn’t super foamy and was easy to measure and use. I highly recommend using this if you have old or new pet stains on carpet.

Works very well, even for food
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great product especially with pets! Great for cleaning, as well as taking out odor. I sometimes will even use this for a food stain. I definitely use this for long lasting anti-sink. Very good deterrent thus far of a dog going again in the same spot.

works great with carpet shampooer!
tl;dr -- smell is nnot oberly strong/weak and similiar to lemon, will need a few rounds but does take both new and old urine out, follow ratio instructions on shampoo machine rather than on the bottle. make sure to presoak the area with water or it won't work as well (we mixed white vinegar in as well prior to using our shampooer). if using this for urine DO NOT use hot water, it will bake the urine into the carpet! :)works great but my carpet needed a few rounds of this with our carpet shampooer before the urine smell was gone. for the ratio, i followed the machine instructions rather than the bottle (we have the kenmore kw4070 revitalite) and the instructions say 9 capfuls for roughly 3 liters. it came with a purfuming shampoo but the enzyme is what breaks pet waste down. anyway the caps/lids on the bottles of shampoo are the same as the lid on this bottle so i just threw 10 capfuls in and it worked great! went over it around 3 times the first day and let it air out, and 2 times a few days later.it smells lemon/citrusy and fresh which is amazing, i also love this brand's enzyme spray and it works phenomenally well on cat/dog urine (and one time even took blood out of our beige carpet after i accidentally got hurt), but the smell is incredibly strong for the spray. this shampoo version is light and airy! :)

Works Fantastic
This worked great to remove tough pet stains and odors. I have a puppy that proving very difficult to train. My dog has been peeing in the same few spots over and over causing horrible smell and dark stains. I used this in a home steam cleaner and it took the smell and stains out easily. My carpet looks and more importantly smells new again. I recommend this even for the most severe pet smells.

Give it time to work!
My normally very well behaved cat suddenly decided that he would start peeing in my basement. WTF!$#%&!!!No worries, he's healthy had him checked by the vet and there is no obvious cause for the TEMPORARY bad behavior. Good God, please let it be temporary!!Well, I had no idea exactly where the odor was coming from... I went through the basement many, many times trying to pinpoint where the odor was coming from with no luck. My hope was to spot treat but that wasn't possible given that I couldn't determine exactly where the odor was coming from. I turned to amazon for some help. After reading many, many reviews I decided to give this product a try. I love their enzyme spot treaters for the occasional accident in the house and was happy to stick with this company as I've had very good results with their products in the past. I have a hoover carpet cleaner (shampooer). The instructions for the cleaner say 2 ounces of cleaner mixed with the water in the dispenser. The first time I cleaned the carpet I went with the 2 ounces. I thoroughly cleaned the carpet and left it to dry. The smell was absolutely HORRENDOUS (way worse than prior to applying the solution) as the carpet dried. The enzymes were hard at work breaking up all the rank cat urine that permeated every inch of my basement but I was not aware of this process just yet. As the carpet dried the smell persisted, it was absolutely awful!! After approx 24 hours of drying time I ventured back down into my basement. HOLY MARY, MOTHER OF GOD..... the stench! I gagged, nearly threw up in my mouth and promptly reloaded the carpet cleaner with a higher concentration of solution, this time 4 ounces added to the water in the dispenser. I, again, thoroughly "shampooed" the carpets and left the enzymes to do their work. Again, it stunk to high heaven for a good 24 hours as the enzymes worked their magic and the carpet dried. After the second shampooing and 24 hours of drying the smell was slightly, and I do mean slightly, better. Take 3..... I braved the stinky basement yet again and loaded the carpet cleaner with 6 ounces of solution (3x the amount recommended by Hoover). I cleaned the hell out of the carpet, hitting all areas twice praying to the Gods that this would work. 24 hours later... still stinks! 36 hours later... still stinks, who the hell am I going to call to get this stink out of my basement?? It's nauseating!! 48 hours later... I think it might be getting better but I can't be sure maybe i'm just getting used to it :(. Hey friends, will you come over and let me know if my house smells terrible?? LOL. I left my house for the weekend, came home another 48 hours later and smelled nothing as I walked through the front door (yeah, it was THAT bad). Cautiously optimistic I venture down the basement steps.... the smell is GONE. Not a single trace of odor!!. The gag-worthy cat urine smell has left the building!!! Here I am a week later and the stink remains banished from my basement!!Moral of the story: IT TAKES TIME, A LOT OF TIME, TO WORK!! Those little enzymes continue working long after applied. The smell may get WAY WORSE before it gets better!!Thank you Nature's Miracle for yet another great product for the pet lover's of the world!!!

Decent for Light Stains, But Not a Miracle Worker
I bought Nature’s Miracle Carpet Shampoo hoping it would finally tackle the lingering pet stains and odors in my living room. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering, and it does a good job of leaving the carpet feeling refreshed after a routine cleaning. I noticed that for light pet messes and regular upkeep, it works as promised - my carpets look brighter and the general dog smell is much less noticeable after use. However, when it comes to deep, set-in stains or really stubborn odors, I found this shampoo underwhelming. Even after a couple of passes, some older spots just wouldn’t budge, and the odor would creep back after a few days. Other reviewers have said the same thing, and I completely agree - it’s just not strong enough for major accidents or long-term buildup. I was also hoping it might help with a minor flea issue after reading about someone else’s experience, but honestly, I didn’t see much difference after using it.Overall, it’s a decent product for maintenance and freshening up your carpets, especially if you have pets and need something safe for routine use. But if you’re expecting a miracle on old stains or persistent smells, you’ll probably be disappointed. I’ll keep using it for quick cleanups, but I’ll need something stronger for the tough jobs.
