Q: Looking for something to store brown sugar in so it won’t get hard. Will this do the trick?

It's an interesting question - I used to store my brown sugar in the freezer but it would be worth the effort to see if brown sugar could be stored in a Stasher bag - I would try the largest and flatest style instead of the Stand up model. (My brown sugar is now stored in a container with a dampened ceramic disc.)
