I think reactions to colognes are very individualistic, whereby some people have reactions to direct application to the skin where others do not. I do not have any skin reactions when I wear the cologne. I do spray it in my hair, as the ends of the hair are already dead, and apply a bit to the undersides of my wrist and right below my ears, which I believe are part of the instructions.
