Loving this product so far! It’s a great at-home solution for thinning hair, like mine (the stress of kids, amirite?!). Did some research and learned that this company has a long history of making low-level light therapy products which looks like it’s a reliable choice at such a great price. From past users it has amazing results and it’s a clinically proven device, which is something I was looking for.Only having to use it for 25 minutes a day is great. High recommend!

Do not be fooled that this looks like a gimicky, overly expensive product for gullible people. I've been using this product consistently for 4 months 20 minutes every other day. After the first two weeks, I noticed that my hair felt slightly different. A little bit fuller, a little bit stronger. For the first month, I still lost a decent amount of hair. On the second, I lost very little hair. Then on the third month, I lost almost no hair at all. There is almost no hair I see in the shower drain! This product by itself has saved my hair. Even before buying this product, I did some of my own research. Even though their own research might be backed by them, I looked at others and they seem to come with a similar conclusion. I have tried Rogaine and Rogaine has done nothing for me. It is both messy and makes my scalp itch. This product on the other was very simple to use. It takes only 2 button presses to start a 20 minute session. On the downside, I haven't been able to grow the hair back at the front of my forehead, but I haven't lost any hair either and my hairline is no longer receding. This has given me hope that there will be better solutions down the line but at least I'm no longer losing hair.

To be continued: I just bought this and am giving it three stars for now because the directions are incorrect or dated. The directions tell us to use this twice a week at whatever setting desired. I'm not bald so I chose the lighter setting. However, since I had read here (THANK YOU AMAZON FOR REVIEWERS!) that someone said to use it every other day, I called IGrow to ask about the proper use.The customer service rep told me that the directions are old and that we MUST use this every other day at the maximum setting for 6 months to get the results they received in their studies.So, $400 for a product and you can't update your directions??? That's ridiculous.In the meantime, buyer beware and call the company to ask about the proper use.Trying to return this thing. It never did anything at all and is a pain to use., I didn't see ANY results. Just called and left a message. WILL they get back? I'll let you know,

I bought this product only a month ago. The manufacturer promises to see the results in 6 weeks. It has been 4 weeks so far and I didn't notice even a slight changes. I continue to experience a hair loss by the unknown reason. It has been 6 months so far and nothing seems to be working. Pros about this product: it is very convenient that you can use it at home. It is lightweight, easy to use and doesn't take a lot of time (up to 25 minutes every other day). Manufacturer offers to return portion of your money back if you don't get any results. Cons: It is quite expensive. I don't use the headphones. I assume without them it would be little be less expensive. For my treatment I use option 5 (for women with extreme hair loss) and I find that 25 minutes is too much. After 20 minutes my scalp starts to experience discomfort like burning. Maybe it is too strong. I didn't have this feeling when I was using a hair clinic laser. If there is no results in 5 month of using this helmet I will try to return it.

Great product that uses an incredible technology. I did my research and found out that this company was one of the original patent holders, so of course they would have a reliable product for me! It get's the job done.

I had a hair transplant by a quack doctor several years ago which left a permanent scar across the back of my head. I have to wear my hair long to conceal that area. With the transplant the hair on my crown is still missing to the point if look at me now and before the transplant you can't tell the difference. One thing the quack doctor said made sense is that the hair lasers help you keep what got, which this false claim of lasers growing hair. THE LASERS DO NOT GROW HAIR!!. If that was the case no body would be bald, they was just get a lasers and presto they have hair again.

This product takes 6 months to see results but so far very easy to use. I have used only 1 month now.

I'm happy with it. You MUST use it every other day and you won't see results until after 1 year if you have hair. I think if you have very little hair you will see results sooner since it is easier to see the fine hairs growing. With newly thinning hair it is hard to see the little hairs through the hair you have. At first you may lose some hair - this is a natural process.My dermatologist recommended this. She also said that new hair growth was like baby fine hair. Then later it will thicken up.One note of importance, if your hair had stopped growing 3 years ago, it will not grow back. You cannot be bald for a number of years and expect your hair to grow back. A hair follicle gone for 3 years or more will not come back. But a hair follicle gone under 3 years seems to be fine. If you start when you see you are loosing hair, your chances of getting it back are good. If you start when your hair is getting finer, this should work to thicken it up. Also, if you don't keep it up, you will go back to losing the hair. This is a life commitment. If you miss a few weeks because of vacation or traveling, it is okay, if your hair is coming back. The bottom line is: if you are home, do it every other day forever.The helmet has a nice timer, has several differ patterns of lights for various hair-loss types, is easy to use.
