Does the 2 pack come with the pillow case to connect them?

When you order the 2 Pack from us direclty (Contour Living) you do receive the 2 Pillow cases to connect them. The other sellers on this listing are knock offs, which we are working with Amazon to resolve these issue. Will this work with bilateral knee replacement?
