Bout this a couple times before and this one seems to be even better quality as it is of finer crystals, dissolves more readily and tastes better too when mixed in drinks. An ideal way to circumvent the glycine deficit that most human beings function on everyday.

im giveing this a 5 star because it is glycine powder and is sweat and does help with nerve problems and more however do not use this if you need to be in ketosis glycine amino acid takes you out of ketosis so do not use it if you are carnivore /keto/no sugar ................. glycine converts to process as sugar . i have a blood meter that tests ketones and blood sugar lvls . there are videos on youtube of people testing their blood also after using any brand of glycine all glycine converts to sugar and kicks you out of ketosis

This stuff is a bit hard to work with as far as blending, but once I found an extraction method, it was on!The mixture that I came up with visibly plumped my skin up. The morning after, I noticed that my skin was soft and dewy. Great results for this 41 year old mama.As far as oral usage , it gives me energy and my sleep has improved. Win win!

This product has a nice taste. It's kinda sweet. The bag is nice and easy toreseal.

It has a sweet taste to it:Glycine has a chemical structure very similar to sugar, except it has nitrogen. According to WebMd, it is the simplest amino acid for protein, aiding in cellular growth and health.I add the powder to the water and it seems to help, with no side effects for me being that I am sensitive to certain things like plain sugary products. So this seems to be the alternative.I bought it to help with recovery after working out.The reason I gave it 4 star is the box came without the measuring spoon and it was depressed, as soon as I opened it the seal popped, so I'm not sure if someone opened the seal and tried to reseal it.

This is the third time that I received this product as a part of our monthly subscription without any problem until today.As soon as I opened the bottle a very strong smell of kerosene fume/toxic plastic came out of the bottle, I placed the glycine’s powder in a different container to check if the terrible smell was from the container or from the glycine itself and yes! This glycine has horrible smell and taste bad!I’m canceling my subscription of this product right now.

This is one of the amino acids we need to add daily. I put a bit in my morning coffee. It's been my go to for years. It dissolves well and the package lasts a long time. I've heard it tastes sweet but I don't take it straight. I've also heard to take a spoon at night for sleep but I can't get myself to be consistent with that. I'm going to try adding it to golden milk to see if it adds to the taste. I drink that at night.

I like the product but I'm displeased that it was shipped in a broken bag. Fortunately it was in a secondary plastic bag and I only lost a couple of grams.
