I’m always greatly impressed with the care taken shipping this product. It arrives in a box with insulation and cold packs in the bottom. The result is the delicious decadent chocolate arrives in perfect condition ready to be enjoyed. The price may seem a bit high but it’s a good size bag and I’m willing to pay a little extra to receive perfect product. I have ordered Lindt from other offerings on Amazon that arrived in a plastic bag full of thoroughly melted chocolate and wrappers fused together. The order I just received has a wide variety of flavors and combinations.Highly recommended.

As a real life choc-o-holic, I keep at least a bag of these truffles on hand all of the time. I love most of the Lindor truffles, but this red wrapped milk chocolate has to be my favorite. It's not overly sweet like some milk chocolate can be and it's not chalky like the ultra dark chocolate is to me. It's super smooth, inside and out, but they hold their shape. I like to savor my chocolate by making these luscious truffles last for 2-3 bites, letting each slowly melt in my mouth. Because of the ball shape and color, they make great added little details for gift giving.

A few of the chocolates was melted, and was all over the bag, I like chocolates soft,so I didn't return them, and it was still good, well buy again, it needs to be in a cool place, so it won't melt.

This chocolate is delicious! The absolute best. Melts in your mouth and packaged so beautifully … you know a thrill is coming. Once I tasted Lindt Lindor I will not settle for less. It is Supreme and comes in a variety of flavors. Makes a wonderful gift as well for All occasions! I buy all the time for friends and family. 💝 I love it!!! 🥰

Too often the truffles are cracked in places and many times they are melted and misshaped. It’s not always a problem if it’s for just my grandson and me, as the flavor is usually good. But, we prefer them to be as intended. But when I aim to serve them to others, they are embarrassing. I’m not sure where the problem is, storing, shipping, handling. Maybe I should give 4 stars. After all, they are Lindors, our favorite. I guess looks and condition matter.
