Cap has sharp edges and can cut fingers if not careful

Purchased this gas cap for my son's SSR dirt bike. It is a bit of an upgrade, made of aluminum which feels solid and included a gasket seal under gas cap. It fits perfecr and works as intended.

I think this cap works well for the bike I have it on. Altho my breathe tube part has since come up absent from my last ride I believe. Overall gold price and good buy. Threads could be a little better matched.

It’s looks sick and all but when you go to put it on your bike first of all it doesn’t go all the way down and leaks and second of all dirtbikes have plastic gas tanks and this product is made out if metal so it the threads on the gas tank where you screw the cap on gets stripped then you would have to buy a new gas tank. It would be really good if the gas cap was made out of plastic though.
