Will this fit a Miele Compact C2 Extreme Powerline?

Yes they are tight fitting but fit my C2 car and fog

Will this part fit C3 hoover?

Yes it does fit, it’s obviously not Meile brand it does the job although it’s not as good quality or as sturdy as original Meile parts. But I can’t fault it for the money a lot cheaper than original parts
