Perfect fit for my 2007 H3. I shopped around there was others that were a less expensive but I also had to return the core to those places and pay out-of-pocket for return shipment. This was also a complete unit with the outer tie rod ends. I would've had to purchase those separate. So this made a one shot deal. In the end this was the Best Buy and a great product.

Fast, and protected, all original, and a good price. All around satisfied. I just hope install goes as good.

Excellent choice

Packaging was terrible, definitely cheap and little effort to ship such an expensive rack/ pinion. Nothing to stop it from banging around and both ends had holes where the tie rod ends poked through. One tie rod end had ripped boot.

Replaced original Rack & Pinon Steering Rack on my son's 2006 Hummer H3 that failed due to mounting plate to steering rack bolt shearing off....was not easy to change out but was pleased that this had the larger 15mm outer tie rods and thus was larger than the 14mm that was originally supplied on the early 2006 Hummers.....shipping took a little longer than has been past experience with Amazon, but once received and installed all is good and am pleased with performance so far....one thing to note with your change out is to measure the old outer to inner rack thread length, and perhaps mark, to you can get close to toe in / toe out of original alignment until you can get into have checked by your alignment shop

Performs like OEM expectations. Restored new steering and safety. Easy installation for experienced techs and novice mechanics.

Looks beefier than my stock rack and it came with the newer thicker tie rods that came on older models.The rack is also new and doesn't look rebuilt at all.
