These make for an easy sushi night. They’re easy to clean between rolls and you don’t have to juggle the plastic wrap and bamboo. They’re made really well too. We’ve used them about a dozen times so far and they haven’t broke.

Not as flexible as bamboo, but love the colors and ability to clean

I bought these mats after returning bamboo mats constructed with string. These plastic mats are super easy to clean and I know they won't mildew or retain any food ingredients that spill on them during the assembly of rolls - unlike the bamboo/string mats. My 8 and 10 year old loved to use them and easily assembled their rolls first time without assistance. Fun family meal prep.

Can't recommend these enough! I recommend these to all my sushi loving friends and even bought them as a gift for my sister. My family loves to make sushi and for years we used a bamboo roller and it is such a pain to clean and after a while starts to peel and I have to buy another. This one is plastic and amazing! It cleans so easily and a big part of that is stuff doesn't get stuck to it like my bamboo one did. I can make my tight rolls and I love this one because I prefer inside out rolls and my rice doesn't stick. I have made regular rolls and still have not had any issues with rolling or sticking. I will continue to recommend these because they really are amazing, look no further and just buy these!

...not literally, but also very literally unusable. It's hard to imagine that someone thought that this product would be remotely useful. So hard. Not really bendy at all. The main quality that is desirable in a sushi-shaping mat is specific dimensional flexibility. This has almost none. For rolling flexibility on a scale of 0 to 10 with 10 being string bamboo, this is a 1/10. For usefulness, 0/10. Do not recommend.

Got plastic ones bc I was tired of washing our bamboo ones by hand. These are easy to clean and fine for the money but are very stiff, even after breaking them in so, it doesn’t make for tight rolls.

So much easier to use than putting the plastic wrap on the bamboo. Time saver!
