Any idea how to lower the Pre-amp for external mic even at standard setting? Its clipping even with a slight noise on many lavalier mics

You cant. Only way is to get a mic with lower impedence or a volume button on the mic. What are you using the mic for ??

Will this fit gopro 11? And will i be able to vonnect external mic?

Yes the media mod will fit the 11. You will need a trs external microphone to work. Trs is 2 black rings on the plug end.
