This specific brand/formula was recommended to me by my primary care physician and I can see why: it truly works better than any other B vitamin supplement I've ever tried. I have re-purchased it six times now and on the odd day or two that I'm without it, I absolutely notice a difference in my energy and concentration. I'd go as far to say that it's more effective than my cup of morning coffee and if I had to choose one, it would be this supplement.

As a part of my regiment it was reccomended I take a vitamin b-complex pill. This stuff does the trick and then some! My labs actually came back with my B12 too high and I had to cut back on my dosage. If you need a b12 boost then these absolutely will do the trick, or they at least did for me. My only complaint is the smell. It is very potent.

This is the brand and formulation that my doctor recommended so I'm giving it 5 stars. . I haven't researched it beyond that so I have no idea if I agree with the amounts of each form of B in it.
