No. it would be great for you as it does have an additional add on!!

Q: I wonder that this watch is water resistant or not?

all watches are to an extent water resistant. But I would not take this watch under water for a long time, especially in salt water or in swimming pools. But accidentally if you were while taking shower, you should be fine.
