Q: Will this stick to stucco?

Thank you for asking. Command is not designed for use on Stucco. They are intended for use on smooth, non-porous surfaces such as painted, stained or varnished wood, painted cinderblock, plaster or wallboard, metal, glass, tile, and other smooth non-porous surfaces.

Q: Will these stick to my outdoor textured stucco?

I have had them up on stucco since Dec, half fell off, I re-glued them with hot glue and they are all still there.

Q: Diameter cord can you put through it?

I was able to run an indoor/outdoor extension cord easily through the clips.

Q: Will these work to hang string lights on the underside of vinyl railing (around my deck)?

Yes, they should work perfectly. I have mine vertical but the opening is small enough to keep it in place on the underside as well.
