Anyone have experience as to whether this or the 750mg pills without the extras work better?

I was using the 750mg form and found myself stimulated by the product. Not a racing mind or manic, I just felt like I had a cup of black tea or something similar. I went with the 125 mg dose of GABA along with 1mg of Melatonin and 250 mg of a Magnesium blend. The blend of lower doses seem to help me more than any blend of mega-doses. I hope this helps.
