Great sleep
Really sceptical given the evidence based for this is super limited and not exactly very strong or without conflicts. However was willing to try it for myself. First few nights were strange, sweating a lot and extremely vivid dreams but the sleep quality increase was insane, even at the beginning despite adjustment period of a few days, and has persisted.

It didn’t do anything for me and I couldn’t feel anything other than the plastic mat I stood on ugh! More money lost on that!
