Is this pillow very soft or very firm?

When I bought this pillow for the first time in 2/2020, it was very firm. It is 8 months later and the pillow is still wonderfully firm and big, it's like a short body in bed. I ordered another one recently in 10/2020 and the pillow is terrible now. They have changed it since I bought the first one. It is soft and squishy and limp. It went from pound cake consistency to a doughy uncooked pretzel. I returned it and went with another brand. The Utopia King sized pillows are also soft and squishy and unsupportive as well. I would suggest going with a different brand entirely if you want a pillow of any kind with good support. Especially if you want it on the firm side.

where do I order a pillow case and what size would I order for this pillow

Amazon has them but pricey I got mine from overstock but Wal-Mart also sells them I believe the size of the pillow is 52" and that is the size the cases are as well my pillow case was about 16.00 I think love my pillow you will too

Is it bendable? Could I put it in front of me and wrap it around me to rest my arms in front of me?

I think this would work for you. The pillow is very squishy and bendable now. I think you could lay it over you in the front and rest your arms on it since your arms wouldn't be heavy enough to make it go flat. The pillow used to be wonderfully firm and supportive when I bought my first one in Feb. of 2020. I love it so much that I ordered another one in Oct. 2020 but the pillow is completely different now. They have made them squishy and floppy and now they go flat when you lay on them. If you are looking for a pillow that you can bend in half and rest your head on the folded pillow this will work but if you are looking for any sort of support forget it.
