How long to heat in a 800 Watt microwave?

Do you have to wash it after every single use of i.e. 10mins approx?...thanks.

No I don't wash it after every go as I only use the facemask on a clean face after a shower etc so all the dirt doesn't go on the facemask and make it smell I've used it 5 times now and it's still OK , I'll probably clean it after 10 uses but if it still OK I'll might leave it abit longer because it's new to me aswell.

Does it retain its heat for 10 minutes or more? If used daily, as recommended by my Optician, how long will it last before its needs to be replaced?

Mine stays hot for 10 mins not used it for longer, if you look after it and you can wash the outer cover to keep it clean. If you take care of ut, I'm sure it will last fir a long time
