1 capsule equals 500 mg. i take one capsule after i eat supper for my sugar cravings. it does the job for me. this has helped me a lot. sometimes my sweet tooth gets the better of me. i read on the internet where L-Glutamine helps with sugar cravings. i am diabetic so i was really glad to know i could take this and NOT medication .
