Mild taste, mixes well, great value for money!
I'm buying my second batch, and I have been waiting for this to come back in stock! Buy now, because they do run out of stock!) This is a decent, product with a mild taste. (Yes, It does have a taste, but it wouldn't be a broth if it didn't) Great value for money. I'm taking this for bone health, and, whilst I still have brittle finger nails, this could be because of all the housework..... I must also say that whilst taking this broth, my skin quality has seen a slight improvement (touch wood!!)! It's quite smooth and without many blemishes, pimples etc, for my age. As I mentioned, however, I'm taking this stuff for bone health, so the skin thing is just an added bonus. If you want to take it for weight loss, it certainly fills you up, and you do feel nourished! I take small amounts three times a day. I'm really glad glad this product is back in stock.

Bone Broth
Bought this to improve my skins elasticity. Been taking it for 2 weeks now and probably too early to say. It is powder form and I take it in my coffee every morning. It’s tasteless and can’t tell it’s there.

Good product but misleading portion size
I like this product. It has a beefy taste but I mix it with hot coffee which easily dissolves the powder and masks most of the flavour (although not all of it). Please note that one scoop of the powder is 5g, not 10g as stated on the packaging! So to get your 10g of product you need two scoops, which I didn‘t realise at first.

Well-rounded, clean nutrition
I always endeavour to include bone broth, collagen or bone broth in my diet to ensure adequate intake of the nutrients required to maintain healthy connective tissue. I chose this product in particular because the cattle from which it is sourced are ethically raised on grass pasture, it has no artificial additives, and is free from some common allergens. The nutritional information on the label is very comprehensive, and I found it easy to interpret. I welcome its inclusion of a small amount of lecithin, because it is as source of phosphatidyl choline which my naturopath has recommended I consume, and in particular that the lecithin is from sunflower and not soy.I use this powder as a food ingredient, rather than simply dissolving and drinking it in water or juice. The flavour is savoury, and lacks the certain aftertaste that even natural gelatin sometimes has. I even add it to the juice or oil of canned fish, to ensure a balance of amino acids as well as adding body and thickness. The tub includes a handy scoop for measuring and serving. The plastic tub has a secure fitting, screw top lid. It is lightweight yet robust, and withstood my accidentally dropping it on my kitchen floor (a thin hard-wearing carpet). This Eurphoria Bliss powder is my 'go to' collagen food-group product., for which I set up an Amazon subscription. At the time of my posting this review in early August 2021, Amazon tell me it is currently unavailable from them, but I have managed to order some directly from Euphoria Bliss, who I sincerely hope will continue to stock and offer it.The price competes favourably with other similar items I've looked at.This bone powder ticks all my own personal boxes. The only reason I haven't rated it for pain relief, though, is that despite my having had some intermittent discomforts in the joints of my feet (which specialists told me aren't clinically serious), I didn't buy it specifically for that purpose.I highly recommend this product.

STOP PUTTING THIS IN HOT DRINKS!
People keep saying they put this in hot coffee but what they don't realise is that the protein denatures when they do this. Don't put protein or collagen powder of any kind into hot drinks, as you will kill it and then it can't do what you bought it to do. Put it in cold drinks ONLY. I put mine in water, shake it up, then add almond milk with no added sugar, it tastes absolutely fine like that. From the Web:"Alterations of the structure of a protein lead to the loss of its properties and function. This process is called protein denaturation and involves the disruption of bonds and forces that hold the secondary, tertiary, and quaternary structures together. The result is the unfolding of the polypeptide chain.""In the temperature range from 45 °C to 90 °C the process of thermal denaturation of a whole complex of muscle proteins in meat takes place."

Negligible flavor, mixes well in hot drinks
This is the first time I have tried this brand of bone broth. I buy it so I can still have bone broth when I don't have time or facilities to cook bones from scratch. It comes in a sturdy plastic container with a screw on lid. The quality seems good to me and it doesn't have much of a smell as a dried powder and is unnoticeable in coffee. I did try it in tea once but it seemed to slightly affect the taste and I didn't like it (but I'm not a major fan of tea so that could have affected my opinion). I think it would work well in smoothies or added to soups or stews for extra proteins. It's pure bone broth dried according to the ingredients list and contains a negligible amount of sunflower lecithin (0.05%) to help with dissolution. While I usually avoid seed oils, I felt that was a small risk.I have mine in the morning along with a big blob of butter and sometimes heavy/double cream as a kind of 'bulletproof coffee'.
