I've been taking these Vitamin B Complex tablets for a little while now, and they have decent effectiveness. I bought it for my husband, who has brain fogs, and was advised to take some vitamins and minerals to strengthen his mental condition. He said he feels better. I tried it too and I felt better too, although it is difficult to break down what exactly felt better, but I feel fresher and more energetic, and more clear in my mental activities (unless it is the known effect called placebo? maybe, maybe not, I need more time to test what happens). It was delivered just a few weeks ago, so not a lot of time to test properly. Why did you choose this product over others?:I read the information about the ingredients, and took the medical advice about what is needed for brain fog. If the information is true (as some suppliers do not reveal too much, or simply do not stick to the promises) so if this information is true, then let's see what about their promises, let's see.

Small and easy to swallow 💊

Nice small tablets easy to swollow . Has all the usual B vits all in one tablet. Has a strong yeasty smell, which is what you'd expect from B vits. 365 tablets at one a day, so a years worth. It's an individual subject if they work how you want them to,but if you need B vit supplement then these are easy to take and good value.

Brilliant quality but smell awful- I don’t know what they taste like because I swallow without tasting them
