Works very well
It looks very nice in the shower. Suction cups hold very well as we didn't want to drill into the tile. Bought a second one for another bathroom

Nice quality looks great on the shower wall,and good service. I apparently ordered the screw on bar and I needed the glue on one. Customer service was great and quickly mailed the glue strips to me! Thank you.

Pretty good.
This is much better than another cheap unit I ordered and returned. The part that holds the shower head is still plastic and feels like it's barely up to the task, but its held up for around a month and I expect it'll continue to hold up as long as I'm gentle with it. The mounting brackets and pole, while in NO way strong enough to use as a grab bar (and not designed as such), are up to the task.If you have kids and they try to use it, the plastic parts will break pretty quickly, but if you understand it's designed to 'just barely' do the job, it'll be OK for some time. The brackets fit snugly to the wall and I was able to install it on my fiberglass tub surround easily. The chrome finish seems nice and the length provides a good range of options.

Problem solved
The shower side bar came, looked to be very nice quality however, my existing wand and hose assembly would not fit I contacted the company to see if they had additional sizes. They said they did not however they would send me a new wand and hose assembly at no charge. It came in works perfectly. I couldn’t ask for more thank you.‼️
