The horns are WATER RESISTANT. Mine have been installed for 3 years, been through all kinds of weather, still work fine. Very loud.

Is it a two wire connector or a one wire connector

Two wire. One power, one ground.

Positive and negative isn't labeled. Does it matter which is which?

Should not matter just make sure that if you are using both horns wired them in parallel-- that they connect same for same terminals on both horns I had 1 horn originally so I had to put a jumper terminal in a and wire it in parallel to the 2 horns for the single horn connector on my car Do not connect in series i.e run from the power wire into 1 terminal and then out the 2nd terminal on the same horn into the terminal on the second horn and out that one back in to the power terminal, that may cause a problem?
