Any difference between the neon green outdoor balls and the impact yellow indoor/outdoor balls?

Yes! The Impact Yellow balls are for new to intermediate players and are made to be used on a variety of court surfaces. The Neon Green balls are for hard court surfaces and play a bit faster than the Yellow balls. They also handle the colder weather better, by staying round and cracking less.
